Robert D. Cole, Jr.
Robert D. Cole, Jr. is the principal of The Cole Law Firm LLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury matters. Mr. Cole represents clients against criminal charges ranging from simple drug possession to first-degree murder, parole and probation violations, DWI/DUI citations, and incarcerable traffic violations. In recent years, Mr. Cole has been recognized amongst the Maryland bar as an expert in the areas of criminal defense, parole violations, and complex criminal sentencing matters.
Mr. Cole is a graduate of Towson State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1989. Following college, Mr. Cole attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and served as the Business Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. In 1992, Mr. Cole graduated from the University of Baltimore with honors, at which time he started as an associate at the Law Offices of Donald Daneman, P.A. During his 19 years at the firm, Mr. Cole handled thousands of criminal defense and personal injury matters, resulting in him quickly becoming one of the most well-known criminal defense attorneys in Baltimore.
In 2011, Mr. Cole founded The Cole Law Firm LLC, formerly the Law Office of Robert D. Cole, Jr. Since starting his own firm, Mr. Cole has successfully defended thousands of clients, garnering a premier reputation for putting forth an unparalleled work ethic to provide zealous yet thoughtful, effective representation. After 30 years in practice, Mr. Cole has tried over 140 jury trials to verdict and is eager to continue representing his clients for years to come.
